Hi,

we are testing bc with sybase on solaris.
we are able to script the proces on solaris (ony calling the snapclone job through evmcl), but when i try to script it through bc is does not seem to work.
When calling a simple script in a simple job :
jobname test1 : LAUNCH command
LAUNCH calls /test.sh (which redirects blabla output to a test.out file.
Job vaildates and runs fine, but no output file when the job is done.
Basically we are having trouble with syntax of the LAUNCH command to call upon a scipt to put the Sybase database in backup mode.
We tried the simple way, no result captures = NOWAIT.
Any solaris + BC experience out there ?
Any help is very much appreciated.
