change disk controller id
here is my problem: i have a FC60 disk array and 2 servers: form the first servers the disks are seen as c7tYdZ, from the second server the same disks are seen as c10tYdZ.
=> I would like to change the c10tYdZ to c7tYdZ on the second server
how to do this?

Re: change disk controller id
There are many threads about this here - keyword "ioinit".
Why do you need this?
Normally it doesn't matter at all.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: change disk controller id
thank you. I need it because it will be easier to maintain the servers and the disk array and to write procedure and document. They will be no confusion.
