check status of smartarray controller and disks

I want to check the state of disks and arrays at my smartarray (6402/6404) controller with a little commandline programm.

I need the programm for hp-ux 11.23 and W2K/W2K3.

Is there a API or SDK available?

For HP-UX 11.23 (0904 or later) use /opt/raidsa/bin/saconfig devfile
