how to remove older version of command view eva in order to install to v9.1

Use control panel -> add and remove software ...

If you're just upgrading from a recent version (i.e. Version 8 -> 9) then the upgrade will uninstall it for you as it upgrades.

It will require a reboot of the servr it is installed on though.
