no, according the stream file (compatibility matrix) it's supported only with A7059A and A7060A U160 HBA on W2003.

After installing mention card in RX5670 server. then wiil it be supported on server.

The DS2100 can be configured in SalesBuilder, which is supposed to have all the rules, with the built in SCSI interface (non-RAID) on the rx5670 with Windows, but not the on the SA5304. The MSA30 can be configured with the SA5304 on the rx5670 with Windows. Since the SA5404 has four scsi connections either two MSA30 enclosures that have dual channels or four single channel MSA 30 would have best performance.
