Hi,
I've seen ds2120 is compatible with Windows.
Is it possible (supported) to connect it behind a Proliant DL 320 with Smart Array 641?

I am listing here the features of both the product.Which proves both are compatible.
Smart Array 641 Controller ├в Part Number 291966-B21
ProLiant Integration
Ultra320 SCSI
64-MB memory for code, transfer buffers and read cache
64-bit Architecture
64-bit/133-Mhz PCI-X Bus Design
Online Capacity Expansion
Online RAID level Migration
DS2120 is fully compatible replacement for the DS2100 and DS2110.
DS2120 supports existing U160 and Ultra2 SCSI HBAs.
DS2120 supports new larger capacity and higher RPM disk drives.
DS2100 does not support 73GB 15k, 146GB or 300GB disk drives.
Supported Windows Operating System
Windows 2000 Server and Advanced Server
Windows 2003 Server
So you can go ahead for the new configuration .Do check with your Hp marketing Excutive
