evaperf utility
We have EVA8000 storage array. To monitor the performance of the storage server we have a "evaperf" utility.
Is it any way to integrate the evaperf with the permon of windows to monitor the performance graphically.
Also, pls advice me how to analize the disk utilization of EVA.
Thanks!!

Re: evaperf utility
If by "disk utilization" you mean used by files, only the OS managing the LUNs knows what sectors contain information. The EVA does not know anything about files, folders or deleted files.
When you delete a file on the OS, the free space on the volume increases, but the file is not really deleted from disk, the blocks it uses are marked as available. The EVA does not know about filesystems and all blocks are the same.
Command View can show you how much RAW space is used on the disk group and how much is available on RAID 0/1/5.
