Re: firmware upgrade AutoRaid 12h fails

Is patch PHCO_23263 installed? Check also all cable connections and proper termination.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Hi,
have you shut down disk monitor and ARMServer?
Are you sure all your hardware was working ok, before you tried the firmware load.

Hi,
PHCO_23263 is installed, ARMServer is down and monitoring is on. I see no hardware problems.

Re: firmware upgrade AutoRaid 12h fails

Shutdown the 12H from the front panel and try running the download. On some occasions, I have success using /dev/rdsk/cXtYd0 (which corresponds to the 0th LUN) rather than the array id in the download command.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
