have a VA7400, replaced disk at M/D5

I have a VA7400 that had a drive fail. The drive has been replaced (M/D5). The Disk State is "Previously used" and the redundancy group doesn't look valid. How can I get this drive recognized and used by the VA7400 and get rid of the Warnings at the end of the armdsp -a output?

Hi Dean,

this disk was in another VA before.

You need to include it manually using the arm command.

IIRC this would be

armcfg -D M/D5 -a myArray

Hope this helps!

Torsten.
