how to configure the Disk Model 10
Now there is one disk model 10
the configuration line(serial line) is connected between the disk array and pc
addtional specific software is needed or not
if super vitual termialis ok ,something specific should be done?
why there is no reponse if i connect the diskarray by super vitual terminal?
is there something wrong?

Hi
Please check that XON/XOFF and Hardware handshake are set to none on terminal setup.Hope you are using the right serial cable

I don't remember exactly (long time ago), but try L to refresh the screen, then you should have Grid Managers display.
There is no additional software needed, only a terminal emulation.
