Can anybody tell me how to create LUNs on HP XP256 storage.

You have to use the LUN configuration Manager XP to map logical disk devices (LDEVs) attached to the ACP pairs to logical unit numbers (LUNs) on the CHIPs for use by SAN hosts/Direct connect hosts.
