how to download CLI/SMI-S Provider included in HP StorageWorks XP Array Manager
Hi,
someone knows how we can download the CLI/SMI-S provider from the SVP if we have just "HP StorageWorks XP Array Manager"?
We need to install this provider into another windows server.
I know in "CV Adv Ed" it can be done from GO -> DOWNLOAD.
thanks

In Command View XP go to support on the left side. That should give you a menu "Path Connectivity Host Agent Download Section" where you can download the CLI for the supported platforms.

Re: how to download CLI/SMI-S Provider included in HP StorageWorks XP Array Manager
Hi Robin,
many thanks for your reply!
I have seen the screenshot, but it is referred to command view 2.2 for xp 12000.
Our customer have purchased only "Array Manager" with the license for smi-s provider for xp 24000.
Do you think we could download the smis in the same way?
(I cannot access directly to the systems....The customer have to do it).
thanks and regards

I don't know, I don't have access to a XP24000. But I suspect it would be very similar. You could open a call to the response center. I can not imagine someone purchasing a XP system without support.
