how to replace the failed disk

controller: HSZ70

I had added two disks into a new mirrorset a few days before

>run config
>add mirrorset mirror1 disk10200 disk10300
>init mirror1
>add unit D106 mirror1

now disk10200 failed

how can I repalce the failed disk?

First replace the failed disk. Then:
> set mirror1 nopolicy
> set mirror1 replace=disk10200
Then return original policy.
