hp modular smart array 500

my system gave this error message ... redundancy failed. Hardware failure. The light indicator is red. what is the likely solution.

2.On controller i have this message... array controller disabled.

Thomas,
it looks like one of the controllers failed for some reason.

Go to the controller and try to scroll up (by pressing the up-push-botton on the right side of) the front panel display to see if there are any more messages.

Solution? Call your service/support supplier for help.
