install 3200s in proliant 5500

Having a problem with smartstart recognizing the Adaptec 3200s improperly. Using smartstart 540. It identifies the 3200s as a embedded pci - pci bridge regardless of the slot its placed in. Have not been able to located the !adp.....cfg file to get it configured.
