leave it running. When you have a problem logged into event viewer, read the log made by NetRAID assistant and check, using the property of each disk if they have errors.
It may be a disk has a problem.
You may try also to run once the "check consistency" on your logical disk. The performancd of the server will decrease, so do it when the users are back home.

E800 PCI slots share the IRQ.
PCI Slot 1, PCI Slot 5
PCI Slot 2 and PCI Slot 6
PCI Slot 4 and integrated NIC
PCI Slot 3 and integrated SCSI
Avoid the install any disck controller in PCI slot 4 because it shares the IRQ with a the integrated NIC card.
So looking the above scheme avoid if possible that the NetRAID 1Si shares IRQ with any other PCI card.
Do you have others PCI cards inside your E800 ?

I have the same problem but i have a LH3r.
I add a disk in my Raid, and than i have a message in de event viewer.

For you problem (event id 9), you must change the cable.
