Solution
Officially HP-UX is not supported. So if you buy one and are able to present LUNs to HP-UX (assuming the array software/firmware allows you to) I would not recommend it because you would not be able to get support neither from HP nor from oracle. Since the 2000fc does not support HP-UX, there is no way RAC would be supported either. Take a look at
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12991_div/12991_div.html
and scroll down to OS support.
Based on
http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1231639
the 2000 series is OEMed from Dot Hill.
Also the IBM DS3000 series appears to be the same array. Same line of products (SAS/iSCSI/FC) same number of enclosures and same drive module types. The DS3000 does not support HP-UX either.

Re: msa2000fc
This is interesting. The Dot Hill 2000 series array supports Solaris SPARC. Maybe HP-UX support will come soon.
