msa2012i single controller

Hello, I need to save the configuration of the controller to replace it.
I can not access post SMU to save the settings, and I have it blocked.
is there any way to save the configuration by command cli.
If I add the controller replacement, as a slave, would replicate the configuration of the controller?

Have you tried to log on to controller interface via COM-port?

Yes. But remember, that both controllers should have the same firmware version.
