parity mismatches detected on array -MSA2012i dual controller

Hi i am facing issue in MSA2012i dual contrller array.
I got the following error on a recent background scrub:

SN#00C0FFD76BBB Controller B INFORMATIONAL: Scrub failed on
vdisk ESXDISK2 SN: 00c0ffd76bcb000089b16f4900000000
1 parity mismatches detected.
It is imperative you contact technical support. DATA MAY BE AT
RISK!

This is an array of 1TB SATA drives.

Your help is greatly appreciated. Pls guide me how can i go about this scenario. in which areas of store.logs i need to check.

do as it says: contact HP technical support, you may have a hw failure...

contact tecnhincal support, they will check for HW failures, if no failures, they will ask you to back up & run verify-fix
