replace controller and drives
Running a Proliant 7000, netware 5.1, smart-2/p, 5 x 9.1gig, raid5, one logical drive. 1 config partition, 1 dos partition, 1 netware partition. Have purchased a smart-4200 and 4 x 36gigs. I want to transfer entire file system from old to new array and then pull old controller and drives for use elsewhere. Looking for ways to do this without the backup & restore method. Already have new controller & drives installed and running along with old hardware. Already set up new drives as one logical drive. Now what?
