sharig command device among many VMWare hosts

Our Windows admins have setup a 3-member VMWare (ESX vs4) cluster. Instead of using a separate command device per host, is it possible to use the same command device simultaneously across all hosts? I want to be able to use Raid Manager on any or all the hosts at the same time. (see attached PDF)Feasable?
