signs on windows 2000 clustered with eva 3000
Hi,
each time I boot my server I get the following error:
"found new hardware: hp storageworks eva 3000 storage array controller device"
Of course, it shows me the 4 controllers in computer management, device manager. I cannot find the way to take it out
Anyone can help me with this?
Thanks!
Chris

Re: signs on windows 2000 clustered with eva 3000
That sounds like an incomplete or, more likely, wrong driver installation. Did you use the HP-supplied driver for the Fibre Channel Adapter (which one?)? This package should contain the necessary data to properly configure the 'controller device' (LUN 0).

Re: signs on windows 2000 clustered with eva 3000
Hi,
I've used the platform kit 3f (the newest).
But the problem wasn't there....
I've reinstalled the SP4 on the nodes, and the signs dissapears after reboot.
Thank you for your help, anyway.
