soft scsi reset and cache fault

recently, the syslog is showing these 2 errors soft scsi reset and cache fault. the error arise when the server is rebooted for the monthly maintence. monthly the server is rebooted and yet there was no such error in the syslogs. is there anything wrong with the nike disk array that it is pointing to? what is soft scsi reset and cache fault? pls enlighten me, thanks.
