what's wrong with my fc60?

dear all,
some trouble made me crazy...
show as following：


1) create a new lun8（2disk，raid1），and i do nothing . some error occur when i want to delete the lun：
Error in command execution, "RMT_AM60ERRORSTATUS_MSG"

AM60ERR : ERR_COMMAND_FAILED
AM60ERR QUAL : DELETE_LUN
MODULE_CODE_ID : SUBSYSTEM
COMMAND STATE : A device error was returned

2 since that ，i create another lun13，do nothing as the same ，and successed to delete the lun13.
but，when i use amdsp -d or -l to view the info ,i find though the lun13 has been deled, the info of the disks is still unchanged(show they belongs to lun13).
