which msa for a 80 GB SQL database

Hi,

would buy a new MSA for our ERP-System..
The Database runs on SQL2008 STD.
I need Raid 10 for performace and security..
Is Storageworks 60 or 70 the right choice or maybe msa30 with ultra320scsi ????

And what is the best controller ??
is the HP Smart Array P800 Controller
the right one or is p600, e500 enough ??
