will this work....

I was given a KZPBA-CY scsi card and want to know if it it will work in a DELL AC running Win98SE. Also, do I need any special drivers to make it work. Also, is it similar to an adaptech 2940 scsi card

The KZPBA-CY controller is not supported in the Dell PC and under Windows 98SE .
