NMI Received for unknown reason 21 on cpu 0.

DL585 G1
64GB OF RAM
4 x 2.6 AMD Processors
3 x 146GB drives

BIOS is up to date as well as all other firmware. Server has not hung or rebooted and no hardware errors in IML.

VMWARE ESX SERVER 3.5 UPDATE 3

NMI Received for unknown reason 21 on cpu 0.

Any thoughts?

Hello,

Please check vmkernel log and vmkwarning.

Post additional info.

NMI errors are usually occuring because of irq sharing or eventually memory issues.

(could be an idea to run offline diagnostics)
