VMware Data Recovery issue

Hello, EE
Sometimes when i`m doing backups in VMware Data Recovery, it gives to error : "Trouble reading files, error -3946(disk open failed)"

Hello,

sounds like VDR can't take a snapshot, or can't lock the VMDK for creating a snapshot. Can you provide more informations about the error, the enviroment etc.?

Hi,
I`ve next configuration:
1. ESXi on the 8 servers bl460c G1
2. All this servers in HA cluster
3. information about hosts added in host files (in the ESXi hosts and in the vCenter)
4. all my VM`s allocates on EVA by SAN
