Bios Update

Please I need a help,
If I update the Bios for my server DL385 G5
that having ESX 3.5, it will effect any
configuration for this server like NICs
or PCI, please any one help ASAP.
note: this server is cluster with other server

It won't effect your configuration.
Are you only updating the bios or also other firmwares? (Raid controller, NIC, ILO, Disks)
If you're also upgrading other firmware it might be a good idea to also upgrade VMWare with all the latest patches.
