ESX4 problem on DL180 G6

I have successfully deployed ESX4 on DL180 G6 machine. I have only one power supply at the moment.
My ESX server restarts every 1/2 days. I found this in my message logs:

Mar 10 19:05:03 esx1 hpasmpld[2433]: CRITICAL: System Power Supply Removed (Power Supply 1)
Mar 10 19:05:03 esx1 hpasmpld[2433]: A System Reboot has been requested by the management processor in 60 seconds.
Mar 10 19:05:03 esx1 hpasmpld[2433]: Sensor 0x80 Not Redundant FtrFlags 1 (OsHlthfncUpdateFtrRedundancy)
Mar 10 19:05:03 esx1 hpasmpld[2433]: BMC Communications Error - Attempting synchronization!
Mar 10 19:05:48 esx1 hpasmpld[2433]: The BMC has responded to reset request . . .

I tried to disable ASR (Automatic system recovery), but that not helped me.
Can someone help me fix this problem?

Re: ESX4 problem on DL180 G6

Shuts the system down (optionally) to avoid hardware damage. Use the HP ProLiant ROM Based Setup (System Configuration) Utility (RBSU) to control the option.

from man page.
