Cisco MDS9124 vs EVA4100

Could anybody explain step by step CLI configuration process for cisco 9124?
I have read all founded docs,
done all found actions but no success.
If i replace switch with b-series - everything fine.
I am able to fcping EVA and host, but no trafic, and host does not descover EVA controllers.

Hello,

In the cisco SAN OS there is a command setup. It will guide you through the base setup steps.
You most important questions are: default port type "no shut" and default zone policy "permit".
If you can upload a output of sh tech-support command I can check what is the problem.

Hi,

You have to make zones first for security reasons, second for performance reasons and third for configuration reasons (you want some of your severs not to see the storage or to see only one storage etc.)
