Compatibilty question (HPUX 11iv1, CommandView, RSM, XCS)
Hi
I have the following configuration :
rp4440 running HPUX 11.11
EVA8100 (x2) running XCS 6110
RSM v3.0
Command View 7
Question :
I believe there is some upgrade issue with regards to upgrading to Command View 8.0/RSM 4.0 - and this is do with the HPUX version not being supported ?
I cannot find supporting documentation, or indeed a matrix showing me compatibility.
Can anyone assist - points waiting !!
Simon

Re: Compatibilty question (HPUX 11iv1, CommandView, RSM, XCS)
I've checked some older compatibility matrixes and from what I can see 11.11 is not even supported with the RSM 3.0 host agent. I'll attach a copy of this list from June 2007.

The next one I have is from December 2007 and has removed RSM V2, but there is a gap of two revisions I don't have. I'll attach this on anyway - maybe somebody can fill the gap.

Re: Compatibilty question (HPUX 11iv1, CommandView, RSM, XCS)
I have one from April 2007
HP-UX 11.11 appears as compatible with HP RSM host agent 2.0 and 2.1
In more recent tables, HP-UX 11.11 does not appear as compatible with RSM 3.x or 4.x host agents.
