Hi!
We are going to invest in a new SAN environment and I would like to get input from people with experience of EMC,XP48/512 etc.
Thanks!

Re: EMC, Compaq, SUN or HP ?
We're going with EMC (because they have an EMC disk array inhouse today...and compatibility says continue w/same).
For SAN we're heading into using SRDF, with TimeFinder and BCV...and for additional productivity we're looking at adding PowerPath to be able to make use of the alternate link, thus doubling I/O.
Hope that's what your wanting,
/rcw
...now all I need is time to get this done...ha ha ha
