EVA5000 controller inactivity watchdog timer expired

We had one controller restart several times with a termination code 0420011f controller inactivity watchdog timer expired. The rebooting controller was replaced. Everything was stable for several weeks now the replaced controller has restarted with the same termination code 0420011f controller inactivity watchdog timer expired. My question: is the other controller which is the master the problem or is the replacement controller the issue.

Failed 256 MB DIMM in Master controller
