Error #2046
Has anyone seen this error message in CVEVA 10.x?
Basically, command view is inoperable, with every screen showing this error message
See screenshot attached.

Managed to resolve this issue.
Basically it's due to flash...
Right click on the flash background and go to global properties
Go to advanced tab and delete all local data and settings cached by flash (Not IE cache).
Once done, it will display properly again
