HP EVA8400 / P6000 - Unable to Store Object
We have had several disks fail on our EVA8400 array and when attempting to add new disks and add them back to the disk group are met with "Unable to Store Object" errors. We're on an old version of firmware (10001000 on EVA and 10.0 on HP P6000). I realize there is a note in the 10.1 release that mentions it resolves an "Unable to Store Objecjt" error that was occuring due to build-up of stale entries in MLD diskIdx. Without upgrading firmware, does anyone know any other way to clear out the stale entries? I haven't been able to locate any answers, so here's to hoping! Thanks!

Re: HP EVA8400 / P6000 - Unable to Store Object
1. Backup the configuration using SSSU
2. Upload blank MLD
3. Restore configuration from backup in case, if vdisk, host or folder names are lost.
Note: You can also rename the entries manually referring to old configuration.
Hope this helps!!

Forgive my ignorance, but any idea how to obtain a blank MLD? I can't seem to find anything on the topic other than people who received on from L3 when their MLD corrupted and now need to upload it. Cheers!
