Re: HP fabric 4/32 switch firmware update
Check the SPOCK web site for the latest version for your product!
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Solutiongo to
http://h20272.www2.hp.com
and select "switches" from "other hardware" on the left side.
Review the B-series stream.
Version 6.4.1b is the latest so far for your switch.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: HP fabric 4/32 switch firmware update
(It's not listed under supported models for this firmware).
I would advise you to read the release notes every time you try to upgrade a SAN switch.

Re: HP fabric 4/32 switch firmware update
Thank you all - i'm on a 2 week handover here so learning curve pretty steep - and some of these support sites are not the quickest to navigate - although the SPOCK is a good favorite to have now - Thank you all again.

Re: HP fabric 4/32 switch firmware update
Ah yeah HP's site takes a bit to get used to.
I usually start at this page when looking for manuals/downloads:
You get there by:
From hp.com click
- Support and Drivers,
- then product troubleshooting,
- then see all,
- then Storage.
At that page you can browse around storage stuff, or you can in the box to the right just type in 4/32. Or bl460c for example and you'll get another list then proceed from there to manuals/downloads.
