Dear sir
We bought new eva4400 and hsv300. i am try to update WWN i got some error about name and controller. pls can u get my attachments
and also pls can u sent eva400 has300 cable diagram

what is the error u get while entering the wwn ? the attention mark indicates that there are some issue with controllers ? check for the controller LED's , refix management module , power cycle eva then check the status.

You can also try by re-initialising the eva before entering wwn again.

Dou you have compatible firmware versions on the management module and the controllers?

I mean, the WOCP does not see the WWN or model of the controllers. Do you have access from Command View (port 2372) or external Command View in a Windows server? Do you see the controllers there? What firmware version? Is the EVA initialized?

We have EVA4400 , hsv300 , enclosure7000ser,cics09124e swith ,
Management server HP ML370G , windows 2008 server 64bit ,HBL 2e fc card , i have doubt about EVA command view 9.1 . is it support for Windows 2008 server.64bit

We had solve the problem
like Copper cable problem like EVA440 to HSV300
Cable problem Again we re connect the cable it is working fine.
