Ip distance gateway mpx110 not responding after reboot

we have mpx110 with firmware v2.4.4.1
many times when replication stopped between two site we reboot mpx110 and replcation start again. but sometimes cannot connect to this mpx untill we rempove the power cable
and power on again.
but one of these mpx110 after we reboot cannot access it or ping ip or access by serial console.
we try reset button without success.

I have experienced the same thing occasionally.  Especially since HP support has told me to reboot the mpx110 every time I make a change to it.  About 1 in 10 reboots, I have to manually unplug and plug it in again to get past that.  It is going to be highly annoying when we get these devices 900+ miles away. 

These devices do not seem anywhere near on par with the quality of other HP storage devices that I have seen.  Very finiky and lots of little quirks.
