MSA2312fc (1TB SATA) - Firmware Updates

I have been to the firmware page looking for the firmware updates for our MSA2312fc. And I found a number of firmware packages, for various pieces of the MSA. My question is this. Is there one firmware bundle that would give me all of the latests firmwares, so I can do one download and use that kit to update all of the compements at once?

I tried to look around for a pack but couldn't find anything.
I don't have an MSA to test with, but it seems that maybe the Software CD can be used for this? The description of it mentions firmware anyway..

Thank you. I had found that also, but i am wondering about it since its date is not as recent as some of the individual updates. But thank you!
