P2000 SAN - HP Server/windows 2008 shows two Disk drive

Hi, I am new to the SAN, lost my SAN Admin...  I created a new volume and a new host.  I then did an explicity Vol map to the vol for my new host.  Now, my Server show two disks, which is the exact same size 1397.92 GB Unallocated (Disk 3 and Disk 4)…  They are both Offline, so they got created once I apply it from the SAN…  Does it suppose to show two disks ?

You are likely missing Multipath I/O support from the server.

First add the Multipath I/O feature, then you can install the appropriate DSM for the model MSA you have... Usually found on the Support Pack Disk.

Since it is a P2000, it is likely to be a MSA2 or MSA3,  What is the exact model MSA?

MSA2000 family only use the Microsoft DSM.  After installing MS DSM, you may have to restart the server.
