Problem deleting EVA DR group destination controller failure
Hi all, I have two EVA4000 with Continuous Access synchronous. I had a problem on EVA4000 destination, one of the controllers will not start.
I'm trying to eliminate the EVA4000 DRs from home, but tells me error and will not let me delete them.
Do you know how to remove the DRs when the EVA target is faulty? I are filling EVA Disk Groups of production, due to the log, and I need to remove the replica.
thank you very much

Re: Problem deleting EVA DR group destination controller failure
Hi
If there is connection between the source and destination you can delete the DR groups just see that the destination luns are not presented if you want to force delete a DR group you must break the connection between the EVAs. You can do this by changing fabric zones so the EVAs don't see each other.

Re: Problem deleting EVA DR group destination controller failure
Can you be more specific on the error? Do you get any details, or a generic error?
I have seen a similar problem in the past, I would suggest opening a support call with HP.
