Problem with RSM Host Agent and FC2143

Hi, we have a problem with RSM host agent 2.0. and fc2143, the SO is windows 2003, the server has installed the HBA fc2143 is a emulex, when we launch a job from RSM against the host, don´t present the snapshot, in the properties of the host agent, in the part of HBAs/Ports is empty.
We have tested with scsi port and storport and the results are equal.
If the card is qlogic, like in other servers, all run perfectly.

Whith this HBAs is necessary to install HBAnywhere. Sorry
