RAID 5 & Logical Drives
Hi Folks,
We just bought a MSA 1000. Question is:
Can I take all the 14 drives & make it into One RAID (RAID 5), then carve the RAID into Multiple Logical Drives & present it using SSP to different Servers ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: RAID 5 & Logical Drives
Hi,
Yes, it is possible, the MSA supports up to 32 LUNs (Logical Units). Each can be assigned to its own server.
