Remote Web Console Aceess Problem

Hi,

When i try to access XP12K through IE6/7 using the user/passwd : administrator/administrator i am getting the below error

Error : 290-5014
The user ID or password is invalid.

But i can launch the Web Console through SVP.

Can any one help me how to resolve this issue.

IMHO you should not touch anything on the SVP except the web console.
