Unable to connect to EVA4400

We use Command View to manage this, however 2 days ago we discovered that we are unable to connect to https:\\xxxx:2372. Other than this the EVA is running fine, all the virtual disks are available and all servers are accessing them OK. Any ideas or should I contact HP?

have you tried to restart the CV service in the server?

May be it helps in fixing.
