Maybe I am wrong - maybe you can do a special deal.

The Command View version 7 license will now be locked against the EVA's WWN.

If your EVA5000 CV unlim. LTU is under support, then you can request CV7 license through ITRC Software Update Manager, check the decsription of the new Unlimited LTU if it is 5000 only or 5000/8000, if it is 5000/8000 you can then decide to activate it for EVA8000 ser.
