Did you confirm what your VCS Firmware is? If you're less than 3.020 - then that's one of the achilles heels of the EVA.

As I suggested to you earlier, demand that HP upgrades it to 3.028 is you are goinf to make production use out of it.

Yes, we are at 3028 on both controllers.

Sorry for the mis-information, it is out of my category, I clicked the link and spotted the 5000, read a bit and based it on a tape driveâ ¦ I will be taking that category off of my e-mail. nick & out of text info
