Success starts with a good user experience!


The world has changed.  We used to build applications around the business processes we supported, to be used by people who received specialized training in how to use them.  We focused on application quality, functionality, and meeting business user requirements.


But not any longer.  That approach is going the way of the dinosaurs.  Unless you want to end up as an exhibit in Jurassic Park, you need to change.


What is that change?  It’s a change to applications designed around the user, not the business.  It’s designed around the tasks they need and want to accomplish, in ways natural to those tasks, rather than designed around the business processes they support. 


This approach is what we mean when we speak of User Experience Design.  Start by asking three simple questions:

  • Is it is useful?
  • Is it usable?
  • Is it enjoyable?


When you gain insights into how and why users are motivated to engage and re-engage with your business, your services and your products, you can build applications that will work better harder for your business.  This will improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue and the quality of your brand.  It turns your user experience into a positive business experience.
