How to performance tune when you have heavy concurrency on an Oracle table
On an Oracle 10g table which has substantial perused/compose we occassionally get a tremendous spike in simultaneousness citing "hook library reserve" utilizing all the CPU.
What methodologies would we be able to take to decrease the heap inside the database. We've seen stuff about free records and expanding those. Whatever other conclusions.
Thanks in Advance @ Tekslate

Re: How to performance tune when you have heavy concurrency on an Oracle table
Hi,
To what product, operating system, or application is this inquiry related? The "Feedback and Suggestions" board answers questions about the community itself. Subject matter experts most often do not read this board, so we try to matchj inquiries with the appropriate discussion boards.
Thanks,
